The Astronomy of Risk

In our solar system, as presently constituted, the Earth and its fellow planets revolve around the star known as the Sun. Each planet maintains its own individualized orbit around, and distance from, the Sun. In the solar system as conceptualized by my proprietary F.S.I. process, my strategies revolve around the star known as Risk. Each strategy reflects its own historically determined distance from this star.

These strategies may be aggregated and weighted in a vast array of combinations to design a structured investment vehicle that reflects your own objectives and risk tolerance. Never forget, as you navigate your journey toward wealth accumulation, that the star known as Risk exerts a powerful gravitational attraction.

A Risk-Managed Blueprint For Retirement

Barry Dolgin
"A Handbook of Mutual Fund Investing: A New Perspective, A New Paradigm", by long-time financial advisor and author, Barry Dolgin, (now available at http://www.amazon.com), is written for the serious mutual fund investor seeking a new and very different approach to mutual fund portfolio construction. It introduces F.S.I. (“Fund Screen Investigation”), the author’s proprietary process for mutual fund portfolio construction.

A theme that resonates throughout the book is that things are not always as they appear in the investment world. The reader is offered a new perspective for viewing the investment world and specific suggestions for what to focus on. “Show me the numbers!” is a refrain that reflects and underscores this theme.
